Lydia Fish

Fish has been mostly quiet throughout the first two WFP stops. She managed a seventh place finish on Pro 1 in Indianapolis and on Pro 2 in Mesa, and a 12th on the two-mile run; but everything else has been 15th or lower. 

Fish has shown that the long workouts are where she excels, which is a great base to begin with as she continues to battle against the top of the women’s field. If she can start to creep up into mid pack finishes rather than bottom third on the middle time domain workouts, these mid-20 finishes can absolutely turn into top-20 finishes in upcoming competitions.
