The 2026 World Fitness Tour (WFT) will consist of three live competitions: two Tour Stops and the World Fitness Finals. The Tour Stops will feature Pro Men, Pro Women, Elite Teams, and Project 1 divisions. The World Fitness Finals will feature Individual Age Group divisions as well.

At both Tour Stops the Pro men and women’s fields will consist of 50 total athletes, and the Elite team field will consist of 20 Elite teams. All individuals, Signed Pros and Challengers, will compete in the Pro division; there is no Challenger division for individuals at Tour Stops or the Finals during the 2026 season.
For the 2026 World Fitness Tour (WFT) season there will be a total of three online qualifiers. The first two are for individual challengers and elite teams that will serve as qualifiers to the Tour Stops. The Finals Qualifier is for Elite Teams & Individual Age Group divisions and will qualify directly into the World Fitness Finals.
Tour Stop 1 Qualifier is for individual Challengers and Elite teams to qualify directly into the first Tour Stop. It will run from February 18-25 and is hosted on Competition Corner.
Tour Stop 2 Qualifier is for individual Challengers and Elite teams to qualify directly into the second Tour Stop. It will run from July 1-8 and is hosted on Competition Corner.
The Finals Qualifier is for Elite teams and Individual Age Group divisions and will be a direct qualifier into the World Fitness Finals. It will run from September 23-30 and is hosted on Competition Corner.
This year the World Fitness Tour will also be partnering with pre-existing competitions around the world as a filtering system for Elite Teams and Individual Age Group divisions.
The 1st place finishing athletes and teams in their respective divisions at the following partner competitions will receive an invite to compete at the 2026 World Fitness Finals.
The Pro Points System for the WFT in 2026 is streamlined so that athletes earn, and ultimately retain, points based on their relative performance in each workout, at each Tour Stop, all season long. At the end of the season, the male and female athletes who have earned the most cumulative points across all workouts at both Tour Stops and the Finals will be crowned the World Fitness Champions for 2026.
Each workout during the season awards 100 points for first place and scales down from there.
*For all other divisions, there is a traditional scoring system at each Tour Stop and the Finals. All participants in each division will start with zero and accumulate points based on performance throughout the competition. The team or individual with the most points in each division at each Tour Stop and the Finals will be the winners for their respective division.
