Whether you train at a Fitness Project gym or somewhere else, this is your chance to test your fitness, challenge yourself, and join a global community of athletes doing the same.You don’t need a team or competition background — just the drive to see what you’re capable of. Push your limits, hit new personal bests, and celebrate progress with a challenge designed for you.

VALIDATED SCORES

Scores can be submitted by any athlete — anywhere.To be eligible for podium prizes, scores must be validated by either:

  • Completing the workout at a Fitness Project gym, or
  • Submit a validated video review of your workout.
  • Completing the workout at a Fitness Project gym, or
  • Submit a validated video review of your workout.

Scores submitted without validation are still included on the leaderboard, but won’t qualify for prizes.

IMPORTANT DATES

Stay on track and plan your Rec League experience:

  • Registration Opens: October 27
  • Workout Release: November 30 at 12:00 AM PST
  • Score Submission Deadline: December 14 at 11:59 PM PST

Pro Tip: You can compete in more than one division — challenge yourself across multiple categories if you’re up for it!

For Athletes

  • Fresh challenges every quarter — Each Rec League spotlights a different fitness focus, from strength work to endurance to functional fitness mashups.
  • All levels welcome — Sign up as an Individual, Duo (M/F), or Same-Sex Team of Three. PRO TIP - YOu can compete in more than one division.
  • Flexible format — Complete your workouts anytime during the 2-week submission window. Resubmit as often as you want to improve your score.
  • Leaderboard — See where you stack up globally while staying accountable to your own goals.

Competition Divisions & Podium Awards

Prizes awarded to all top podium spots. Scores are only valid if performed at a Fitness Project gym and validated by the owner or submitted with a validated video.

  • Pro Division - 1st, 2nd, 3rd
    • Indy (M/F), Duo's (Any), Same Sex Teams (M & F)
  • Adapative Division - 1st, 2nd, 3rd
    • Lower Extremity, Upper Extremity, Neuromuscular, Seated, Intellectual Disability, Short Stature, Standing Diagnosed and Vision Impairment.
