World Fitness Project Media Services Strategy and Priorities

The World Fitness Project strategic media services office is responsible for all external content related to the World Fitness Project (WFP). The staff serves as a liaison between the WFP administration, coaches, athletes, and members of the local, national, and international media. In addition to these responsibilities, the media services office maintains the WFP athletics website, www.worldfitnessproject.com, and all corresponding social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube). The website and all WFP social media channels contain all the latest news releases, statistics, videos, media guides and biographical information about the WFP.

Credentials
Requests for credentials to cover WFP competitions and events must be submitted to the media services office no less than 15 days before competitions and 48 hours before singular, special events. Those requests should be directed to the appropriate contact.

To receive the link to apply for media credentials please email WFP Media Services at media@worldfitnessproject.com

The WFP issues credentials for the sole purpose of providing venue access to an individual who is working on an assignment for a legitimate news organization or an authorized provider of game-related services (as employee or agent) in connection with WFP competitions, events or activities specified. Credentials are non-transferable, and any unauthorized use of credentials or violation of their terms may subject the bearer and/or the assigning news organization to ejection from the venue, revocation of the credential and denial of access to WFP competitions and venues in the future. Cheering is strictly prohibited while serving as a credentialed media member.

Photographers
Photographers and videographers wishing to shoot WFP competitions and events must request credentials from the WFP Media Services Office. Credentialed photographers must wear their credentials at all times while on the field or floor. Instructions on where to shoot/film at WFP venues are detailed on the back of all credentials.

Interview Requests
Media entities are required to contact the WFP Media Services office for all interview requests with WFP athletes, coaches and administrators.
