In 2025 the World Fitness Project (WFP) was proud to introduce Pro Card contracts to Signed Pros who have shown excellence in the sport in the most recent years. Heading into the 2025 Finals, Signed Pros and Challengers will compete for a chance to retain or earn a Pro Card for the 2026 WFP Season. The goal of this division within the WFP ecosystem is to continue offering opportunities for current and aspiring professional athletes. We’re excited to share some updates to the season as we approach The Finals for the inaugural 2025 tour.
For athletes who earn a Pro Card for the 2026 season, contract minimums will be rewarded based on the athlete's rank ending the 2025 season. The higher the rank at the conclusion of the 2025 season, the higher the contract value will be.
For 2026, the WFP Pros will have direct access to compete in Pro Tour Events, but unlike 2025, they will have to earn enough points to qualify for the Tour Finals. There is no automatic qualification for the WFP Finals.
In addition to the qualification standards updates, the 2026 season marks the first time WFP Pros can partner with WFP to sell their own merchandise; an initiative that reinforces WFP’s vision to empower athletes as they compete, and bring their personal brands and inspirations to the crowds at each Tour Stop.
The WFP Pro Card designates an athlete as a professional within the World Fitness Project Tour.
It recognizes athletes as official WFP professionals and grants access to the Pro Division at all Tour events, not including the Finals.
Awarded to the top 20 men and top 20 women at the conclusion of each season.
Pro Cards earned from the 2025 season will carry into 2026.
Pro Cards provide a clear ladder of progression:
Finish inside the top 20 → Earn Pro status → Compete across the full WFP season (excluding Finals) as a recognized professional.
The Pro Card rewards season-long consistency, elevates athletes into a professional tier, and provides financial and logistical support to compete at the highest level.
