Hoffer was the youngest man amongst the 20 Pro Card holders to start this year, and he’s a fascinating case study. At a young age he has already had some injury setbacks preventing us from perhaps seeing his fullest potential, though from what we have seen, it is clearly extremely high.
Tour Stop 1 gave us glimpses into that potential with three finishes of 8th or better. He was on pace to perhaps do that again, picking up two more top 8 finishes at Tour Stop 2 before being forced to withdraw prior to the last workout.
Although he won’t be able to line up with the Pro Field in the Finals, we were able to spend some time with him out of the gym getting to know the young Frenchman.
